Exercise Overrated, Sleep Helps You Lose Weight

Now this is an alternative to exercise I like. :yay: Several years ago, when I was juggling college and raising my two boys, a women in my son’s daycare said “K, you are not getting enough rest which is why you are not losing the excess weight after your 2nd son.” It seemed odd, but now studies have shown that sleep could be a factor. She was right and I suspected that she was. I use to sleep 8 hours faithfully, then that went to maybe 4 at most during those years, now I average 6. article with links to the study

Correct!! It fuels the muscles so they can regenerate and grow!!
