No, but you're close. The Wizard of Oz had a horse of a different color, while this is a horse of different colors. Small, but extremely important difference.

oh u guys are too funny....
kids have called her the doggy horse, cause they can't remember "dalmation"
she's gorgeous...and an Arapaloosa. she moves like an arabian. the MAHA folks think she's cool, a colorful arab
