Shadow boxes

Does anyone put these together? A friend of mine is trying to find a U shaped "tack" to use to hang charms in the shadow box.

Any help to where she can find these would be greatly appreciated.

If you have access to the base try customized creations. They do shadow boxes all the time for retirements........
