Looking to do volunteer work with horses/farms

My 11-year old daughter is looking volunteer (well would really like to get paid--BUt???) at a local farm with horses. She has 1-1/2 western pleasure & trail riding experience. She worked last summer mucking, feeding, watering, bathing, turning on & out horses.

Looking for someone who wants to be around and play with horses. I have too many horses and not enough time to spend with each of them. We have rescue horses that need rehabing and riding horses who need exercise.

Riding experience a plus but will train the right person. Must be committed to playing with the horses at least one day a week. Family groups are welcome. We are located in Mechanicsville (Helen) on Rt. 5.

Liability waiver a must.
