Road Side Service

A discussion on the BMW boards today.. BMW offers roadside assist, but it comes with limits, pricey etc..

I looked at AAA and it's pricey, and it has rigid limits, and can get costly if you break down in a remote area.. and I don't THINK bikes are covered.

One of the BMWMOA members mentioned Good Sams Club.. I went and looked it up. It covers ALL licensed Family members, unlimited tow miles, ALL vehicles in the family for $79 a year. Memberhip into Good Sams is $19 a year.. Total about 1/3 of what AAA wants for service, and their service is VERY limitied.

Just wanted to share..

OH, and you don't have to own an RV to join Good Sams Club

My husband is a mechnic and knows that there are so few tow truck drivers/companies with AAA in "our neck of the woods" that some customers have called for service early morning and they don't reach his shop until the evening!
