Olive Garden???

I heard from a friend that a military spouses newsletter stated that we would be getting an Olive Garden in town. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I'm sure it is going to be going behind the Target and Giant. My husband has been doing work over there and he said it is going to be a restaurant park.
