Somebody mentioned that L'oreal makes it but I can't find it any where. Anybody know a store that carries it?

I found it a Target... the self was almost empty of the shade I required.

I found it at CVS. I checked target and never saw it there :shruggs:

And yeah all you do is brush it on.
