Manicure/ Pedicures - Where to take an elderly grandmother?

Hi - I wanted to take my 95-year old grandmother out to get a manicure and pedicure, but I am not very familiar with the area. I am looking for a shop that a) is handicapped accessible meaning not too many stairs, etc. and b) offers good quality mani's and pedi's. Any suggestions??

Your 95 year old grandmother probably should see a podiatrist to get her toenails done. I would not take her to the typical nail place.
