I'm new to the forum, and I need help already :)

Does anyone know a good dentist, or recommending one in St. Mary county???

DON'T USE DABBS. I have never heard ANYONE say that they liked him. All I've ever heard is "He's the only one who takes my insurance." My mom is a hygenist and hates him....

Dr Long is Fantastic if you can deal with his ***** of front desk lady. Pardon my Asteriks!! but She's probably the Rudest, most miserable woman I've ever had to deal with!!

I used dr.cooper when I was living in somd. He is always a really good person and very comforting if you don't like going to the dentist.

Hochman and Ramellini are the best. My family and I use them. As far as orthodondist, I use Dr. Seidel in lusby. DO NOT use Fatemi (A money hungry thief).

but a rip off !!

I must say I got a 2nd opinion from another doctor in the county and i saved about 3k on the work... and holding up stronger than ever

my bf and his whole family go there and they like him a lot... a lot of people don't like him because he doesn't wear gloves (i wouldn't go to him cuz of that) but when he comes in the room he washes his hands and when he leaves he washes his hands, that sthe only reason i've heard that people don't like him though

thought I had a hard time in the beginning choosing a dentist
now I even have a harder time since most of the choices are desirable.

The reasons I asked because first of all I didn't know any of the dentist in the area, and second, a while back, I went to this one dentist passed the Hollywood area (forgot the name and the place), and out of the majority in the list that I now assume also desirable, I just had to pick this foreign dentist that was unfriendly, hard to understand, and the equipments looked like they were from the 80's.

having my teeth torture is painful enough, the least I can ask for is everything else

Dr Dabbs might not have the best bed side manners, but he and his people do good work. I got some teeth messed up playing hockey and they made me look purty again.

I went to him a couple of times several years ago. My biggest gripe was how hard it was to get an appointment. I always make my next appointment while I am in the office. When I would try to make one for my next 6 month cleaning and check-up, it would usually be 8 or 10 months before they could get me in. Kinda defeats the purpose of a 6 month check-up don't it?
