Log Sawing Demo @ Cecil's Mill

The logs to be milled are placed onto the wooden beams so that they can be rolled onto the wheeled carriage that will move the log into the path of the saw blade. Pete Himmelheber (foreground) assists the sawyer who operates the mill.
