During the heaviest rainfall on record in the Northeast , this rainbow appeared over Chaptico, MD during one brief respite from the storms on June 29, 2006. It was a full bow and if you looked closely a double bow! Spectacular. It was in this same region that the tornado ripped barns and trees apart on Hurry Road. God works in mysterious ways....
