Looks like FiOS is expanding down Trinity Church Rd to at least Norwood. Portions or Bowling Dr (Whisper Creek), Old Sycamore and Norwood have been marked up.

So I hear Roys is coming back to La Plata and taking the now vacant Arby's location. I hear the design board is reviewing this during a meeting tomorrow night. Hopefully this time the rumors are true! I hear they are looking to open in October.

Nice! Best I've gotten is 14 down - Upload is always around 7-10m. I'm also in the "4G expanded coverage area" so my signal isn't quite as good as full blown 4G areas.

Yea its working in Charlotte Hall as well right now.

Vz will be installing fiber in Lexington Park this year - It will be for double play only. Video won't be offered. Its the same deal for Hughesville.

Hoping May 17th is the day - VZ will be launching a ton of new cities for 4G which include several in Va. For the past 2-3 weeks I have been getting a 4G signal at random times for a hour or 2 while they are testing. I won't hold my breath but I will keep my fingers crossed!
