we never really thought about that but im guessing no teenagers would really be into it that much so i would say we'll have kids from babys to 12 yrs. old. but we won't turn anyone down if they show up

The Third Distrist Optimist Club is hosting a Kids Halloween Party Sunday Oct 26th at 1pm at the fairgrounds. There will be games, snacks, prizes, raffles and a costume contest for the kids.
