yes, in my home state a tag on a trailer is not required.

I am in the need of a 5x8 or close to it utility trailer to haul a motorcycle. I am from out of town and they will not sell me one at lowes without going to get a tag. I am leaving in a month and don't want to go through the trouble. Anybody got one for sale?
