I have a tattoo on my foot that I want to get covered. I need reccomendations on artists around St. Mary's or Calvert. I'd like someone who can draw a nice celtic cross. Any suggestions?

Has anyone ever tried a spray tan? I think they might be called Mystic Tans. If so where did you get it done? I'm scared about being orange and streaky.
