The person who brings the lawsuit is the plaintiff. His/her lawyer is the plaintiff's attorney. The other person is the defendant. His/her lawyer is the defense attorney. They can't both be defendants or there would be no lawsuit. And why would she call her own lawsuit frivolous?

Loveville has some other saddles but he mainly deals Stubben and Wintec, as has been pointed out. He also carries a couple lines of Western saddles. He does a decent job but if your horse is that hard to fit, Loveville might not be the best choice (esp. if it's that far from you). Not sure...
