Had I not had these cancellation issues with them I definitely would've reconnected service if I were to get Internet service again. After this, I'd rather pay a phone company an extra $20/month for a land line.

Yeah and I'm about to blow a gasket. After hanging up this morning I called and chose the "connect new service" option. Ironically, I was on the phone with a rep in less than 2 minutes. :banghead:

Don't do it. If you ever want to cancel your account expect to be placed on hold in excess of 30 minutes. Today is the third time I've called since last Friday and I've been on hold with them a total of over 1.5 hours.

It was especially difficult this morning to drive to work past the many lines of rescue vehicles. Their memorial service is taking place today at the coliseum and over 30,000 people are expected.
