Blockers in left lane....have a ticket.

Having recently been in a car accident because of someone tailgating and speeding behind me, I don't have any sympathy for speeders. Until some of you are the victims of a car accident or lose a loved one, you will continue to think it is okay. We'll see how fast you change your tune then.

    Bad restaurant stories

Cracker Barrel - St. Mary's Similar experience at the Cracker Barrel in St. Mary's in the late fall. Pitifully slow service, food orders came out wrong/cold/late, servers seemed inexperienced, new, and generally unwilling to figure out what was wrong or how to fix it. We were there late -- just...

Has anyone tried the Room With a Brew in Leonardtown?

Why do you hate the theater? I think it's a great addition to the community.

Wow Maryland won a game ?

We just need to make another strong showing tomorrow night against NC State. Our energy level in the Duke game was amazing and, for once, all the seniors actually showed up to play. Go, Terps!

    Perm

That's exactly what I want! My hair is half wavy, half frizz, so I figure maybe this would solve both problems. I'd prefer a wavy perm, not something with tight curls. That will also best replicate my natural look.

    Perm

I'd love straight hair, too, Chasey, but my hair just won't cooperate. Forget blow dryers, flat irons, sticky gels or mousse -- it just ain't happenin'. I figure a perm would be a nice way to make the curly part of my hair stay curly.

    Perm

Does anyone know of a good salon or hairstylist to go to for a perm? I'm not talking a tight '80s curl perm, but more of a soft, wavy perm. This will be my first time getting one, so I want someone/some place trustworthy.

    Living in the car

I see him every day, too. One morning, he was standing by the car door with his head covered in the blanket. All I could see were his feet. Where's the shelter exactly?
