I my rode to the river on Saturday

That was a fun ride! I really like your boy he seems quiet even if he was a little nervous about the water. He seems to love the trails. Sky was a little nervous about the water too. I had to convince her that there were no sharks in there. She loved it after she got her feet wet though.

    Corey Jackson Horsemanship

I took a trail clinic with Corey last spring and will be taking the cattle clinic next month. I have to agree he is good. He is very calm and patient. He explains things very clearly. And, he's a really nice guy!

Equestrian Center at Chaptico Park, Chaptico MD

I was just wondering. Does St. Mary's County Parks & Rec. have any facilities for equestrians? Was looking on this website St. Mary's County Government - Department of Recreation and Parks and don't see any.

    Thanks lnmarsh !!

Mr. Palomino and I were on our way Friday afternoon to Tuckahoe Eq Ct. when our brakes started smoking. We pulled over and called USRider to get us towed back home. It was pretty hot and during rush hour traffic. We had to pull the horses off the trailer and tie them in the woods near Rt. 301...

    Looking for Anne Brown

Hi JM :howdy: What horse? Not Prance is it? You might have more luck finding information like that on the COTH forum. Are you ready for first dress rehearsal Tuckahoe? Joe can't take Sugarfoot now because she has a really bad case of summer itch looks really bad and nothing seems to be helping...

Loose Shoe Could have Hampered Big Browns Loss

The horse in this article Devil's Bag was the sire to a horse that I rescued about 5 years ago. I think its possible that Big Brown's owners did the same thing. RACEHORSES REAP BIG PROFITS BY TAKING EARLY RETIREMENT - New York Times

    My poor little Banjo

I'm taking lessons on a pony right now just to learn basics. But he is too small for me. My instructor has big TB's that I may be jumping with later but they intimidate me right now. I thought a 15h horse would be just the right size for me. We have a 19 year old QH (the one in my avatar) but...

    My poor little Banjo

Thank you for your honesty. Sounds logical to me. I guess I should set my mind on doing one discipline or the other because I can only afford one horse right now. But jumping is so much fun and Rockies are the best for trails. What to do? But I will definetly contact you if Rockies are...

    My poor little Banjo

Oh I definetly believe you! I've talked to people that own Rockies or have owned them all say the same thing their temperament is fantastic. If you look through some of the on-line horse sales, the Rockies almost always have very good temperament scores. Thats the reason I am interested. But...

    My poor little Banjo

He's beautiful your LilCowgirl is a lucky girl! I am looking for a horse about 15h and over 6 y/o. I'm not planning on seriously competing at jumping but its just something I've always wanted to do and I'm quickly getting too old for that kind of stuff. Thats why I'd like a gaited horse so when...
