i just saw on facebook, calvert co. page, that there was a 90yr old woman that made a u-turn in front of the other car. just talked to our softball coach and my daughters friend WAS in the othr vehicle and was in the backseat of the car with her mom. he said both are okay though. not sure who was flown out. very sad. thats a good wide area to make a uturn if you had to make one, but apparently it was too close to do so. very sad.

i wasnt able to get any details. it was believed that it was one of my daughters friends and her mom involved. 1 or 2 were flown out? we havent had heard anything at all and werent able to get in touch with the family last night either. i did drive through there last night and there was the typical painting on the ground. coworkers were tied up in the traffic and had to go around (cox rd) out to rt4 so i know the accident occured there...nixle msg didnt give any details. do you know anything??
