    Yes, so the 411 on that is it was a family member that tried to do it. Says he crazy etc. but no actual proof it was needed.

    Funny you said that. On 10/14 he was charged with DV but it was dropped on 10/21 :rolleyes:

    From what I understand all that had to do with one of their kids. No contact order, etc. Nothing against his wife. She was helping him through all that mess.

    My understanding is he does not have his passport and he does not have an ex-wife. Still married.

    Looks like he is being held until he can post bond or his hearing in Oct. Whichever happens first.

    I had seen that on the 1st when he was arrested. They were holding him until the bond hearing but since that didn't happen...... do they continue to hold them?

    Could be. So I suppose that means he's still being held without bond. I didn't notice a reschedule date though.

    So today was supposed to be his bond hearing. On case search it says Reset. Anyone know what that means?
