I’m not very good about remembering birthday’s, but I often buy gifts for friends when I see something that makes me think of them, or I know they would love the gift. Does it upset or bother you if a friend forgets your birthday?

Do you have any evidence that she didn't? Do you have any evidence that services were rendered at all? Is her word enough to convict a person who may actually be innocent? If he is innocent, he's still ruined, while she goes on as if nothing ever happened.

Is it? The article in the paper said she went to his home. Why would she do that? Did her parents know where she was?

This is assuming he's guilty, which is no different than assuming she's a disgruntled little tart who didn't get what she wanted, and decided she would 'show him'.

I don't believe you, and the article says "Detectives say they arrested Strandberg after learning of an inappropriate relationship he allegedly had with a 16-year-old female student." It doesn't say "arrested after the suspect confessed". I'm not finding you very credible.

I've not heard of a lot of people who confess to crimes before they have been charged. I'm asking what kind of evidence would have to be provided in order to bring charges against the suspect.
