Thanks Wubbles! I will check into it. Not looking to get rich, just earn some extra cash. Could possibly do some consulting work involving physical security. Thanks for the info!!!
Does anyone know of any legitimate work at home jobs, even part-time that doesn't involve telephone solicitations or sales? Any information would be appreciated.
We just camped there this past weekend and it was very quiet in the campground. We were in Tulip Loop and it was very nice. Beach area down on the point looked to be pretty full.
I work on the base in Indian Head and have also lived in Indian Head for the convenience of a close commute. My advice is definately not Waldorf. Indian Head or Bryans Road aren't great places to live anymore either. I would suggest LaPlata if you still want to be very close to restaurants...
Yep, here we go again! News is reporting that electric crews cannot go up in the bucket trucks to make repairs when the wind is at or gusting to 35MPH or more. So, it may take a while to get electricity repaired this time around.
Sorry, you can't do anything nice on these forums. Seems like instead of them being what they were meant to be, it ends up with a lot of people that just like to post rude and smart azz comments.
For anyone that works at the base in Indian Head the following is the status for Monday, 8 February:
Naval Support Facility Indian Head: Closed
Indian Head Division Naval Surface Warfare Center: Closed
SEALOG: Open; liberal leave policy in effect
NOSSA: Open; liberal leave policy...
