Yes, when doing a drug raid, on a drug house, with drug dealers who are normally armed, the element of "surprise" works out much better for the Officer's safety.

Taylor has it for $3.35 a gallon if you buy 100 gallons or more. Their tank rental is free as long as you buy at least twice as much as your tank holds per year. So if you have a 100 gallon tank, you would have to buy 200 gallons over the year.
