Yeah G1 and I discovered the same thing on Rt 5 North of the Split in Mechanicsville. Some places refer to it as Three Notch Road, some Point Lookout Rd, some Waldorf-Leonardtown Road. It is a mess.

I have been doing P90x in the morning. Last about an hour for each workout. Then M, W, F I run 3-4 miles on the treadmill in the evening.
