One woman who was in line was mad about the delay so she got out of her vehicle and began yelling that she was going to have “her man” come to the restaurant, so an employee refunded her $40 and asked her to leave, records show.

The woman waited in the parking lot in her black sedan for a few minutes then drove away and returned. A man in a white truck was with her who as later identified as 37-year-old Kelvis Rodriguez-Tormes. He demanded that Joshua “fight him,” deputies said.

Rodriguez-Tormes is charged with first-degree murder with a firearm, destruction of evidence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

That person surely has priors and shouldn't have even been out of prison. He looks like a freaking con.

These people are so stupid they have no idea or give no thought to the consequences of their actions.
He murdered a person, a human being.
Left and had no thoughts whatsoever for the fact that he has caused such hurt to that person and his family/.

To make matters worse there are people who will say he should not be executed.
He is a wild rabid animal and should be put down as soon as possible.


P.S. The woman should get to sit in his lap on Old Sparky.

Poor impulse control, chronic victimization, intellectual inadequacies and hyper testosterone is a recipe for an unpredictable, violent creature. This is 1 such example of the sort of person that will think that shooting someone over slow customer service is a viable option.

As much of a violation of a person's rights as this is people like this can only be trained like a wild animal, they can't be reasoned with. Horse whipping, flogging, branding etc are the only ways to control these people, or you can simply put them down.
