I'm doubly disappointed, though; NGL.
1st, it probably won't happen for 50 years, which means I won't be around to see it. I'm knocking on the door of 69 years - okay, I can see it from my front porch. If I make it another 20 years in relatively good health, I'd be happy. Who knew retirement meant picking up a part-time job. I mean, I could make bank going to doctors.
2nd, they said Alaska, Hawaii, and the West Coast. I'm okay with Hawaii and the West Coast, though I love San Diego. I was hoping for news that Detroit and NYC were in the affected zones.
Or Mexico. Just, the entire country of Mexico would be good.
Actually, there are a lot of places in the world that would be on my list of "needing cleansing by a 1,000 foot tall tsunami."
