Nice article to show some of the many options available to Android users.

I feel the writer however is a bit of an idiot. His descriptions and issues are prevalent on all platforms of phones. He also seems to over complicate some of the "issues", while making others like changing the OS simple. Things like launchers also tend to slow the phone down with their abundant use of special animations and icons.

The best thing about Android however is the community, many people have risked their devices to explore what the Droid platform has to offer. Meanwhile you have hundreds of thousands of users who are willing to help others when they mess something up. The developers are even better from custom apps to custom rooms, there is something out there for everyone.

Interesting how the launches that were suggested were LauncherPro which hadn't been updated in a few years, Go Launcher which is massively bloated, and Lightning Launcher...sorry, never heard of it.
