#1 - seatbelts- I still don’t wear them. A video I posted Sunday about the police with guns drawn at the store - 3 or 4 comments made about me not wearing a seatbelt. People are so programmed by their government that they can’t overlook something as simple as someone not wearing a seatbelt. Not the first time people have commented on my videos about my non-use of seatbelts. I’ve said it before and I will say it again - I don’t need the government to protect me from me!

And I never got the thing about drinking out of a water hose. Can someone explain the problem to me? I did it all the time and still do. Maybe that’s what is wrong with me now?

Toxins in the hose material. That's why there is now a special hose you can buy for campers for potable water which is "safe".

Ah yeah that makes perfect sense - I can use that hose to put water on my garden and can then eat the vegetables but I can’t drink the water directly out of the hose after I’ve run hundreds of gallons thru said hose to water said garden.

Gives it flavor.

If hose water was bad for you we'd all be dead.

Vinyl chloride in the garden hose. Pretty sure a few summer swigs of hose water won't kill you though. The DDT from running thru the mosquito man's fogger counteracted any effect.

Running thru was ok, but bike riding thru the fogger was dangerous. My brother hit a mailbox and cut up his arm doing that, the dummy. That's what dad called him afterwards. The bike was OK so dad didn't care too much.

For your consideration ...

Growing up, we had 2 (CBS Baltimore) 4(NBC) 5(WTTG) 7 (ABC) 9 (CBS) 11 (NBC Baltimore) 13 (ABC Baltimore) and UHF 20 (WDCA)

When I was just a young'in, a beginning boomer, through the magic and power of TeeVee, I watched, in black and white, an excellent production produced by Stanley Kubrick, of men walking on the moon, riding around on 4-wheeled buggies, and playing golf at times. Officially it was called the Apollo program, via a government propaganda agency called NASA, from what I've been told.
