It is called an "ESTIMATE" that is what I need. Being in the military we have things called claims...thats when someone crashes my new flatscreen HDTV I don't have to pay for it. the movers who played smashlab with my property pays!!

They will fix anything - and are fair estimates.

I was in the same situation 36" Flat screen Sony Wega (about 250lbs) and called ATS Electronics in La Plata, came to my home, found the problem, removed the part and returned the next week reinstalled. Works great. Price was reasonable, the tech was really nice and professional.

And they came on the weekend so I didn't have to take time off from work nor wait in a holding pattern for 8 hrs like Sears makes you on a work day.
