I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the person driving the white ford ranger who was in front of me last monday morning on Mervell Dean road.
As I am sure you remember, you and I were driving at the same rate of speed, but I was fortunate that you received the ticket and I did not. The little blue man did not see me behind you with his neat little hand held device.
