No matter what you think of what Brenna said it is his right to say it. We live in a free country. The problem is not with Brennan. The problem is with a president who has convinced some of his citizens to believe its okay to stifle the free speech of those who criticize him.

I've told you dozens of times i don't hate Trumps s I don't know him personally. I have no anger towards him. I disagree with his policies and his behavior.
I never suggested is wasn't his right. It was also Trump's right to revoke his clearance. None of this stifled anyone's free speech. Brennan has, and will continue to openly speak out against Trump. He'll just do it without that clearance. So, your so-called "problem" is non-existent, made-up, fabricated...

There is nothing he has done to merit being accused of treason. He hasn't even been found to be in violation of any law regarding this investigation. He still isn't even a target of the investigation. Treason is the worst crime you can accuse a government worker of committing. Be honest... you really believe Trump has committed treason?

Are you that blind? Literally minutes ago Trump’s lawyer plead guilty to
Count 8: Excessive Campaign Contribution
In a plea deal, he said that "in coordination and at the direction of a candidate for federal office" he kept information that would have been harmful to the candidate and the campaign from becoming public.“

Who do you think he was taking about?

CNN has the tapes of Cohen and Trump coordinated to payoff two women to keep his affairs secrets and use campaign funds to do so.

That right there is illegal and we have no idea what else there is.

What’s that old saying? “You can lead a Trump supporter to a guilty plea but you can’t make them read it”

Just to be clear, you are saying that being guilty of campaign finance law violations is treasonous, right?

Just to be clear you earlier said Collusion is not a crime ,you don’t care if Trump colludedwith Putin and now you are saying that breaking campaign finance law isn’t illegal and possibly impeachable

You do realize these are the actions of a dictator not a president and you are so brainwashed he has you supporting him.

If this had been Obama you would be burning your Tiki torches and marching in the streets
These are also the actions of a president, that's why they're allowed by law.

Christ. Trump would have had an empty intelligence department if that were the case. Notice how people in intelligence voted against Trump in droves? It tells you something especially because this group usually leans right.
Have you got proof of this or are you taking a few stories and projecting them across the entire intelligence society?

What a terrible argument

I didn't need my car today to get to the office.

Do you think you should able to come take it from me?
it's not your car though, it's the persons that your inviting to come and get it.

Ok well if it is not a punishment they why didn't Trump just revoke the clearance of everyone who no longer needs and uses it? It's clear he was doing it because he was trying to push and retaliate for Brennan using his freedom of speech
OK, it was punitive...and it was within Trump's authority. It was punitive because Brennan used his freedom of speech (and continues to do so). It was punitive because Trump could make it punitive.

So why are you so concerned about Brennan losing his clearance? You are digging your heals in pretty deeply on this issue.

Because it is the action of a dictator not a president.

When a president attacks a free citizen for criticizing him it should be concern for everyone not democrats or republicans. Everyone.

Nah, it doesn't bother me. It also doesn't bother me that he tells the media to pack sand. Anything I'm supposed to get in a froth about? I probably won't , but it's nice to know all your whiny issues at once instead of piecemeal.

Well if you want to know how you should feel about it imagine it was a black man in the White House. That should ensure you have the appropriate reaction.

The free speech of citizens and the press is one of the founding principals of our country.

Every bit as Important as the 2A you are always crying about.

Please give examples of how the more well know dictators dealt with the people that criticized them. Now compare their actions to what you characterize as Trump's supposed dictator-like action.

Next, how many people have criticized Trump over the past two years? How many of those has he attacked in the same dictator-like action as Brennan?

Again, why are you so concerned specifically about Brennan?

Good question. :yay: Brennan is a Muslim. Actually, I don’t need a answer. It was already answered. Go, Trump!

A dictator actually attacks a citizen, not takes away something given by the government to do a job that the citizen does not have anymore. Dictators jail or beat up or kill people. Now, when John Brennan pulled Kris Paronto's security clearance because he refused to go along with the "Muslim video" lie about the attack at Benghazi, THAT was the action of a dictator-ish mentality. Kris was an Army Ranger who still had the job where the clearance was needed, and it was pulled in retaliation for him telling the truth - a very different situation.

We agree the 1A is as important as 2A. Where we disagree is that the 1A is challenged by revoking the security clearance from a guy who has no need for it anymore.

BTW, if Clarence Thomas or Ben Carson or Thomas Sowell or a plethora of black men were president, we would feel the same way. Mr Obama is not black, he is biracial who identifies with only one of his races.

Be Specific, Where has Brennan been blocked from speaking

.... unlike Conservatives shouted down or threatened with violence if they show up on college campuses
