There is the problem right there. Those are Virgnia licenses. If they had been West Virginia, there wouldn't have been an issue. In fact, they may not even have been spotted.

I'm trying to figure out how they got away with going in there and having their pictures taken 5 or so times. Weird looking or not, I would think the MVA woulda noticed that it was the same people taking pictures over and over. Also, don't you have to pay for a new license each time you do that? Its still funny :lol:
