20-Year-Old Waldorf Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash, Maryland State Police Investigating

On Friday, October 02, 2020, at approximately 3:19 p.m., Troopers from the Maryland State Police La Plata Barrack responded for a report of a serious motor vehicle collision on Maryland Route 229 (Bensville Road) in the area of Grey Run Road in Waldorf, Maryland.

If I may ...

Unfortunately, it appears, the feeling of invincibility was strong with this young fellow. From a pragmatic point of view, I don't think the type of motorcycle he was riding really have any useful purpose on the highways, and being, (looking and appearing), uncomfortable for the rider constantly leaning forward, resting their belly on the fuel tank, always having/needing to tilt their head up to see, while cruising on a long trip. Only thing they are good for is to incite the rider to go-fast, faster, fastest, and to treat every road, and side road - country road, as their personal race course. IMHO, of course. RIP to the young man.
