Why don't we just station the MD National guard at all possible entry points into the state. Just close the state and shoot anyone trying to get in.
Stay inside everyone until the government decides its okay to come out. My suggestions:

1. Don't travel to China
2. Don't travel to Italy
3. Don't go on a cruise
4. Wash your hands often
