We are in the process of moving. In order to get our current house ready for the market, it needs some work both inside and out. We have a son in a wheel chair and over the years, he's damaged the door trim on the bathroom and two bedrooms. I also have some outside trim that needs replacing. The outside trim is around a set of french doors. It sounds like its a small job but I'm sure we could find some more to do to get the house in shape for sale.
