Based on what I can find, the average size varies from 500 to 720 sqft with a max size of Single-wide mobile/manufactured homes are a maximum of 18 feet wide and 90 feet long (1620 sqft).

So, basically about the size of a tool shed huh?
My office is in a double wide; two front doors and two back doors. I have NO idea what the sq. footage is. But would a single wide simply be 1/2 the size of a double wide; or did I just answer my own question??
