What "motorcyle safety rally"?...and where?

A motorcycle safety rally was planned last year 2010 and was rained out.
An event is to be planned, with a rain date for this year.
The event will host numerous organizations, shops, licensing information, motorcycle class info, and other important information, along with a demo/practice/challenge safety course.

The meeting is organized (i.e. emails, dates, location) by the highway safety program for St. Mary's County, but the development of initiatives is driven by riders, educators, etc.
Some who have participated have included ABATE of St. Mary's, base safety and motorcycle instructors, College of Southern Maryland, Bikers for Christ, Ride Like a Pro Maryland and many riders.
