well water (specifically in White Sands)

Driving around I saw a bunch of people washing their car. In Ohio the well water would leave white spots on the cars if we used well water.

Does Maryland have special well water that won't leave spots on the car?? I'm not about to wash my car to find out...those spots are hard to get off!

It won't leave spots if you dry it off after washing.

Could be something you are drinking if you see spots...like the water. BTW, Ohio water is probably a lot harder that out here. We don't even need a softner.
