It appears some agencies are in panic mode. Had a series of meetings today to answer all of the what ifs.....One thing was made clear--A law was passed after last time prohibiting Feds from being paid retroactively. So this time if it happens no work, no pay.

I think it's HILARIOUS that O'bama has had since October to send up a budget.. it's now mid February he sends it up with the message..

"If there is a government shut down, it's the Republicans fault!"

He's gotting to be talking to his supporters, I don't think the rest of us are stupid enough to buy it.
