Opportunity to express concern for Jail

Commissioner Kelly is scheduled to approach the community with the results of the annual report. In my opinion this represents an excellent opportunity to politely express to Commissioner Kelly that the citizens of Charles County, and Waldorf especially, are concerned and disappointed with the current proposal by the Department of Juvenile Services to construct the close to 50 million dollar detention facility on Acton Lane in Waldorf Maryland next to schools and houses.
