Register at the MWR Recreation Office. No charge for active duty, retired military or civilian members of the Recreation Association. Entry fee is $10 for other competitors. All competitors must wear an approved safety helmet that meets SNELL and/or ANSI standards. For more information call (301) 342-3648. Open to active duty and retired military, civilian members of the Recreation Association, and their family members (16 yrs old min.) and contractors
