Farewell, Oldsmobile

I thought that Oldsmobile's downfall was that GM didn't know whether it wanted the Olds to continue to be an "old man's car" like the Buick, or cater to younger buyers. We bought the Silhouette van two years ago (after almost getting the Bravada SUV). The dealer told us Olds should have kept the 88s and 98s (the big sedans) when it introduced the Alero and the Intrigue and the Bravada.
