Sixth DWI for Lexington Park Man | Southern Maryland News Net

Failure to Drive Right of Center
(Displaying, Permitting To Be Displayed) Reg. Plate(S) Issued (For Other Vehicle , To Other Person)

This is why I am all for the complete elimination of Driver's Licenses.
We will be exposed to the same risk regardless of revocation or suspension
and the State doesn't get to line it's pockets with massive renewal fees all under the name of keeping the highways safe. It is a big joke we all pay for.

What a miserable human being. My son is out on the road and travels that route quite often. When he gets nailed by this SOB on his 7th DWI, is the judge who let him go going to be held accountable?

So why is this POS not in jail?

My POS ex is in jail for his 7th DWI. He was to 365 days, with 275 days being suspended. Out of 7 DWIs (2 of which were in the same weekend), this is the longest sentence that he has had to serve. And if he peels potatoes, he'll be out in half of that time. This county's judicial system is a ####ing joke.

I haven't seen him in many, many years. He's aged considerably and his nose got bigger.

There should be atleast 6 months in jail for each DWI with no time suspended.

Mandantory, no good behavior early releases-

6 months for 1st
1 year for 2nd
1.5 years for 3rd
2 years for 4th
etc...or until they kill someone. Yes, we have a sad judicial system.

That would be great. What would be the punishment for killing someone while driving drunk?

Some states have different license plates for drivers convicted of DWI/DUI's......Ohio and Michigan, maybe. I think there's just different letters/numbers, though I think they should be bright yellow or iridescent...something like that, so other drivers can visibly see who they might want to avoid on the roads.

I saw a License Plate from New York that said "DWI 2". I think that's great. Socki, I think a person that kills someone while driving drunk should be "Vehicular Homicide". Their license should be removed for good.
