Hmmmm.....lets see - what are the odds that 75% of the school students will be from inner city schools and of color, while the remaining class will be from an uppity school like the one where the poor, downtrodden obama kiddies attend.....

No matter what - the current occupant jerk in the WH is hell-bent on spending every dollar he does not even have in the first place - sequester or not.
