Rockfish Recipe Question

Does anyone have a recipe for rockfish bites?

The boyfriend went out trolling with his dad this morning and he caught one. He texted me to find a recipe to use tonight (or tomorrow). I've found a couple online, but I've never made them before. All of the recipes that I have found are almost the same, but each one has their differences. I want to make sure they turn out perfect!

Thanks in advanced!

What?!
I made some buffalo rock fish bites last night that were pretty damn tasty.

Make them just like buffalo wings. Take you nuggets/bites and throw in a good coating of whatever your favorite wing sauce in and let sit anywhere from 30-45 minutes to over night. Then toss the marinated bites in some seasoned flour and fry until golden brown. Coat with some wing sauce and enjoy!

Peppers , Onions , lemon juice & BUTTER :yahoo:

Definately the tried and true method.

My buddy runs a charter boat, and told me about the mayo/old bay method.

Apparently, the Mayo holds in the moisture, and the Old Bay....well, you can put Old Bay on a flip flop and it would be good.
