Searched Google for "wasp with really long tail" and this was the first or second result; looks exactly correct.

Oh BTW, "Megarhyssa macrurus is considered harmless to humans". That long tail thingy is just to lay eggs in rotten wood.

Or I could come up with some scary and completely fake answer.
