My wide load was going southbound. There was an orange cone in the road at the base of the bridge on the Solomon's side.

It was an accident on calvert side of bridge.. From What I can tell tow trucks are on the scene.

That's what crossed my mind. I left work a little late today and traffic was starting to back up behind the cop, who was behind the load.
