Could be good or bad. Depends on the neighbors. Like anywhere.

The elementary school is great. The area overall...varies a bit depending on exactly what you are looking for, what you appreciate, and where you end up living.

Been here in Piney Point 23 years myself...moved here from Colton's Point in 7D...seen a lot of changes to both places..

Nice area, off the beaten path. I almost bought a house down there but decided I couldn't be that far from a Sheetz or Wawa.
