As an fellow member of the Interplanetary Federation of the Maladjusted, I find Mr. Nimoy's smile to be a glimpse of madness, which of course is very positive. He and I both understand that life improved considerably after our hinges broke off.

He's 82, I'm sure all his organs are tired and not working well at this point. It will happen to us all eventually. Not just our lungs though. Who's to say had he not quit 30 years ago that he would even be here now? COPD is not just an old persons disease. It belongs to anyone diagnosed with it, even some younger.
